Cake Order
To place an order with Tings Bakery, customers can choose from the following communication channels:
– Whatsapp: Message us at 94529969 (no calls please) to discuss your order in detail.
– Email: Send us an email at [tingsbakery@gmail.com] with your order requirements.
– Social Media: Customers can also DM us on our Instagram page for further enquiries.
Once we have discussed and confirmed the order details, we will send a form for order placement. Alternatively, customers can directly place an order on our website.
We take pride in creating unique and customized cakes for our customers’ special events. We understand that our customers come to us with their own ideas and inspirations, and we strive to bring those ideas to life in the form of a beautiful and delicious cake.
However, we would like to remind our customers that the reference images provided to us are not originated from us. Hence, the actual outcome may not look 100% exactly same. We believe in creating a unique cake for every customer’s event and not recreate another cake artist’s work or even our own past works.
We understand that you are looking for samples of a particular theme. Although we have created thousands of different themes before, we may not have many samples for a particular theme.
In such cases, we will be happy to provide you with Google reference images that match your requirements. These images will give you an idea of the kind of theme you are looking for.
We require customers to place their cake orders at least one week in advance of the desired delivery date. Our orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We highly recommend customers to book as soon as possible before the date slot is full.
However, we understand that sometimes customers may require urgent orders. In such cases, we can accommodate urgent orders based on our availability and the complexity of the cake. Additional charges will apply for urgent orders.
We apologize, but we cannot provide a standard price for our customized cakes. Each cake we create is unique and the price is determined by the complexity of the design chosen by the customer.

Please note that the cake sizes provided are in inches. However, the inch measurement refers to the diameter of the cake and not its height.
We would like to inform our valued customers that while we do not currently possess a Halal certification for our cakes, we assure you that our production process adheres to strict Halal guidelines. We do not use any pork, lard, or alcohol in the production of our cakes, and all ingredients used are 100% Halal.
We understand the importance of Halal certification for many of our customers, and we are actively working towards obtaining this certification. In the meantime, we hope that our commitment to using only Halal ingredients and following Halal guidelines in our production process provides our customers with peace of mind.
We take pride in creating cakes that are made fresh and to order with no preservatives. Therefore, we highly suggest that our valued customers consume the cake within a period of 2 days. This will ensure the quality and taste of the cake remains at its best.
– For Pinata & Cream Cake (with or without fondant deco): Please keep refrigerated.
– For Fondant Cake: Please keep in an air-conditioned room.
When it comes to cake designs, it’s important to note that some parts of specific cakes may be made of different materials to ensure the structure and stability of the cake. In some cases, styrofoam or wire may be used to secure the cake and ensure it stays in place.
Additionally, some cakes may use toy figurines or other decorative elements as a cake topper to add a unique and personalized touch to the design.
It’s always important to communicate with your cake designer or baker to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the design and components of your cake.
The recommended pax for every cake size is just a guideline. It is crucial to consider the number of people attending the event and their appetites. If every pax needs a second helping of the cake, it is recommended to get a bigger size.
Please note that we will not be responsible if the size ordered is not enough for all the pax. It is essential to order the cake size based on the actual number of guests attending the event.
We will provide one plastic knife and one big candle.
Payment
Our company policy requires full payment to be made at the time of placing an order.
Please note that the completion of an order form does not guarantee a booking until payment has been received.

Once your order has been confirmed, we regret to inform you that we do not accept any cancellation or refund. However, we understand that certain circumstances may arise, and you may need to postpone your order to another date. In such cases, we will hold your booking, subject to availability.
We regret to inform you that we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for our customized cake orders. Our cakes are made to order and personalized according to your specific requests and requirements.
We require full payment before we can start working on your order to ensure that we can provide you with the best quality and service.
Collection / Delivery
Our shop operates from 12.30 pm to 8.30 pm. Please take note that self-collection is available from 12.30 pm onwards, while delivery timing is available either 12-3 pm or 3-6 pm.
To ensure the delivery process is smooth and the cake is delivered in perfect condition, we use our own in-house delivery personnel. Therefore, do give us a 1 hour range gap due to traffic.

Our delivery personnel delivers our cakes in batches. We aim to deliver them in a timely and efficient manner. However, if there is a special request for delivery timing, we will arrange a separate trip.
Please note that there will be additional charges of $15 for us to arrange a separate trip. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Our delivery availability and charges are subject to slot availability. There may be additional charges for delivery as well.
Delivery to Tuas, Sentosa, Jurong Island, and Changi Airport will incur an additional $15 delivery fee.
Please ensure that you check the cake condition upon delivery. In the event that the cake is damaged during delivery, kindly contact us immediately and hand over the cake to our delivery personnel. We will arrange for a replacement or make alternative arrangements as required.
It is important to note that we do not take responsibility for cakes that are damaged after they have been accepted and received by the customer.

Our delivery personnel will give the customer a call and wait for a maximum of 10 minutes at the location. If no one is present to collect the cake, the customer can arrange for a re-delivery with additional charges of $30. Re-delivery or switching to self-collect can only be done within 1 day to maintain the freshness of the cake.
