Orders & Payments

We would like to inform all our valued customers that we only accept full payment for all orders. We request our customers to kindly make the payment before we proceed with the order. Please note that the orders will only be confirmed upon receiving the full payment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any queries regarding our payment policy, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

We strive to provide the best quality cakes and services to our customers. However, once the payment has been made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances except for cases where the cake is severely damaged due to our negligence. We take utmost care while preparing and delivering your order to ensure that it reaches you in the best possible condition. In the rare event that the cake is damaged due to our negligence, we will make alternative arrangements to redo and redeliver or provide a full refund if redelivery is not an option. We request you to carefully check the cake at the time of delivery and report any damages immediately to our delivery personnel. We will not be able to entertain any claims of damages once the cake has been accepted and received by the customer or any other person at the delivery address.

Once an order is confirmed, no refunds will be given for cancellation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Tings Bakery values customer satisfaction and strives to provide the best possible service. However, in the event of continuous dissatisfaction or endless additional free requests on a cake order before it is being prepared, Tings Bakery reserves the right to cancel the order. We understand that sometimes changes need to be made to a cake order, and we are happy to accommodate reasonable requests. However, if a customer continuously requests changes or expresses dissatisfaction with the order, it may not be feasible for us to continue with the order. Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that we can focus on meeting the needs of all of our customers and delivering high-quality products. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

At Tings Bakery, we take pride in providing our customers with quality baked goods and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes our products may not meet your expectations. However, we strictly do not accept threatening behavior as a means of obtaining a refund. We take a zero-tolerance approach to any form of threatening or abusive behavior towards our staff. This includes posting negative comments on social media or making false claims to the police in an attempt to obtain a refund. Such behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. If you have any issues with our products or services, please approach our staff in a polite and respectful manner. We are always happy to assist you and will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

Cake Design & Cake Handling

Please be advised that during our discussions, we or you may send sample pictures of cakes as a reference. However, please note that the actual cake may not be exactly the same as the sample picture provided. Each cake is unique in its own way, and our cake artists will use their interpretations and creativity to design the cake. Please understand that our cakes are handmade, and even if we churn out the same design, it will not be identical. Therefore, differences in the final product should not be the reason for rejecting the cake or requesting a refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

At Tings Bakery, we strive to provide the best quality products and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise which may cause dissatisfaction. We do not provide refunds for subjective matters such as cake colour, taste, or appearance. Refunds will only be provided in cases where there is a defect in the product provided. Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of the purchase. No threatening behaviour towards our staff will be tolerated.

It is important to store cakes properly to ensure their freshness and quality. Please take note pinata cakes and cream cakes (with or without fondant deco) must be kept in the fridge. Fondant cakes should not be placed in the fridge as condensation may occur once it is taken out. It is advisable to place fondant cakes in an air-conditioned room instead. Following these guidelines will help preserve the quality and taste of your cakes.

Pick Up & Delivery

Please kindly ensure that you have checked your order carefully before leaving our premise. Once the cake leaves our premise, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide any refund. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Please make sure to arrange the date and time of pick-up with us in advance. Self pick-up is available from 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

We offer two delivery slots: 12-3 pm and 3-6 pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide specific delivery timing. If a customer is very particular about delivery timing, we recommend choosing self collection instead.
