How Ordering Works

Choose or send a design
Pick from 600+ cakes on the site, or send us a photo of exactly what you want.

Confirm the details
Tell us your theme, flavour and size. Our team will confirm your design, flavour, and key details before baking (for WhatsApp orders). For website orders, confirmation is sent directly via email after checkout.

Delivery or collection
We deliver to your door in a 12pm to 3pm or 3pm to 6pm slot, or you collect from The Adelphi.

Online Cake Delivery Across Singapore, Seven Days a Week
We deliver birthday cakes islandwide, seven days a week, in fixed time slots.
Order online from over 800 designs, or send us a photo and we will build a custom cake around it. Delivery is completed within your selected time slot. We do not provide live tracking updates. A money pulling mechanism or a hand-built 3D topper does not survive being stacked in a delivery bag with someone's lunch order.
Delivery windows
Delivery is based on fixed time slots (12pm–3pm or 3pm–6pm). We do not provide live dispatch updates, as delivery routes may vary.
Where we deliver
Islandwide, including HDB blocks, condominiums, offices, hotels, function halls and hospitals. Sentosa, Changi and Tuas carry an additional $15 because of the access restrictions.
What it costs
Free islandwide on orders above $180. Below that, delivery is a flat $20. The collection from our shop at The Adelphi is always free.
Next-day and urgent orders
Next-day delivery is available on selected designs, subject to slots. Custom cake delivery needs lead time, usually 1 to 2 days at minimum for anything with a mechanism. WhatsApp us your date and postal code and we will tell you what is possible.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I order?
Around one week for most customised cakes, and 1 to 2 days for urgent orders depending on the design.
A week gives us time to confirm your design, source anything unusual, and lock a delivery slot before it fills. Weekends, public holidays and the run-up to Chinese New Year book out fastest, so earlier is safer for those dates.
- Standard designs from our collection: 3 to 5 days is usually enough
- Fully custom designs, or anything with a 3D structure: 5 to 7 days
- Urgent orders: 1 to 2 days on selected designs, subject to slots
- Wedding and corporate orders: 1 month where possible
If your date is tight, message us on WhatsApp at +65 9169 9195 before you assume it is not possible. We will tell you straight away whether we can do it.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free islandwide on orders above $180, and $20 below that.
We deliver seven days a week in two fixed windows so you can plan around the party rather than waiting all day.

Can you make a cake from a photo I send you?
Yes. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will recreate it, or tell you honestly what needs to change to make it work as a cake.
Most of our orders start this way. Some designs that look good in a photo will not hold their shape in Singapore’s humidity, or will not travel well, so we will tell you before you pay rather than after. We do not charge a design fee for this.
Send the photo to +65 9169 9195 with your date, rough serving size and any flavour preference, and you will get a quote and a yes or no on the design.
Can I collect instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Collection is free from our shop at #B1-20 The Adelphi, 1 Coleman Street, Singapore 179803, two minutes from City Hall MRT, Monday to Saturday – 12.30pm to 8.30pm, Sunday – 12.30 pm to 4.30 pm.
Pickup times are pre-arranged, so tell us the time you want when you place the order and we will have the cake finished and chilled for it. Collecting is worth considering for tall cakes, 3D structures and anything with a mechanism, because it removes the car journey entirely. Bring a flat boot space or a passenger footwell, and keep the box level.

Are your cakes Halal?
We are not Halal certified. We do not use pork or lard in any of our cakes, and our ingredients are Halal sourced, but we do not hold MUIS certification.

Do you deliver on the same day?
Same-day delivery is available on selected designs, subject to slots. Customised cakes need lead time and cannot be done the same day. WhatsApp us for urgent orders.
Ready designs are cakes we already hold in a standard form and can finish quickly. Anything involving a money pulling mechanism, a bomb shell, a pinata cavity or a hand-built 3D shape is made from scratch for you, so it needs at least a day.
